#BeReconciled - What's your Claim to Change? is a series of art and community engagement activities to encourage residents throughout Indianapolis to claim the change they wish to see in the world.
Participants are empowered to realize that life doesn't have to be as it is...it can be better through the pursuit of reconciliation.
The premier showcase of the #BeReconciled Puzzle Art Display took place in September 2015. Content included on the puzzles was developed in part during community dialogues throughout Indianapolis. The Puzzle Display (pictured below) includes three separate standing large puzzles, and each individual puzzle piece is available for sponsorship (see $30 sponsorship below).

The art installation pictured above was initially funded by a Community Action Grant in Indianapolis called Focus2020. The purpose of the grant was to facilitate community dialogue and to create a more welcoming and reconciled community in Indianapolis. We learned that 'reconcilation' is an uncommon topic of conversation, so we're acting as the activists to change that through art and visual demonstrations.
Additionally, on Columbus Day 2015 (October 12th) the #BeReconciled project launched its first Wood-Walk.

Be a Piece to the Puzzle
Claim your piece to the puzzle with a $35 donation, and we'll record your name, or brief message, on the back of one piece of the #BeReconciled Art Instillation Puzzles (reference image below).
Feel free to get creative with how your name/message is recorded on your designated puzzle piece.
For example, consider one of these ways to have your name/message written on your piece:

2) Your Name and Where You're From
3) Your Name + In Memory Of/In Honor Of/Dedicated To _________
4) Your Name + an inspirational message (such as "Matthew 3:16" or "make peace, give love")
5) Sponsored by "Mrs Smiths 5th grade class in 2015" / "your company name"
